Polina Groman is an award-winning growth expert, international speaker, serial entrepreneur, and a master connector. She is the Chief Happiness Officer at Gro International LLC, a global happiness consultancy and coaching company, and the founding member of nationwidereos.com, a platform for real estate investors. She helps visionary CEOs and influencers authentically align with their unique voice and leverage their personal story to win new market shares. She is also a member of Della Leaders Club, a global community of leaders and entrepreneurs. She has a background in communications, PR, and mindset, and has been featured in various podcasts and publications. She is passionate about creating a new business model that unleashes human potential and happiness. Before launching Gro International, Polina was the CEO and co-founder of SpinGreen, a socially responsible textile recycling company based in Brooklyn, New York. She started SpinGreen in February 2013 with her husband Elliot, and grew it to have more than 550 collection bins in residential buildings, commercial sites, and schools. SpinGreen partnered with reputable charities and donated all wearable items to the needy, while selling the rest to recyclers who processed it for reuse in materials like industrial wiping rags or furniture padding. Polina exited SpinGreen in 2020 for a 7 figure exit. After selling the company to a larger textile recycling firm. She decided to pursue her passion for helping people achieve happiness and success in their personal and professional lives. She launched Gro International in 2023, and has since been working with clients from various industries and backgrounds. She also continues to speak at events and share her insights on topics such as leadership, mindset, and happiness.
